Free Shipping Policy

Thanks for ordering a bunch! We can typically accommodate free shipping on most orders over $99, but occasionally our shipping carriers act weak and won't want to lift 10 forty five pound cases of leather gloves. I know right!? In those instances your order may be considered for an LTL (less than truckload) shipment and charges may apply. While your order is being processed, you'll be contacted by a member of our team at the email address or phone number you provided at checkout. We will advise you of any additional charges that may apply and confirm your order before any funds are captured.

However, you can still count on the same fast delivery times!

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order for any reason, we will contact you via the email or telephone you provided at checkout. Many items in our store are shipped from different vendors and may ship separately. Depending on your location in relation to our vendors, shipping time may vary. Since we don't have direct API access to our vendors inventory systems, occasionally, an item that shows in stock may actually be on back order. If that's the case, we'll contact you as soon as possible to confirm if you'd like to wait since its such a killer deal. For others, we understand that your order may be time sensitive and we will process any refunds you request.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard UPS ground shipping may take from 5-7 days, sometimes longer if certain weather conditions exist. We strive to get most orders to your door in 3-5 days.

 


UPS IS OUR PRIMARY PARCEL CARRIER

Free Shipping orders may occasionally be shipped best way, in which case we will provide you the carrier tracking number once one has been generated. Delivery estimates are just that, estimates and occurrences beyond the control of Excelco may impact those times. In those cases, you need to chill. We'll figure out whats taking so long and we'll let you know. We use a variety of carriers for LTL shipments.Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.

 

Orders Over $99
No shipping and handling fee is charged on orders totaling more than $99.

Shipping Policy Exceptions

Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. * Overnight/Next Day Air delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours,unless item is back-ordered.

If there is a problem or exception with your delivery, please contact us at Info@excelcosafety.com with the tracking number that was provided to you in your shipping confirmation and we will work with you and the shipping partner to resolve any issues.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Excelco Safety will only deliver to physical, residential and business addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we will not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Your order may be canceled if you use a PO Box at checkout.

Damages/Lost Packages
Excelco Safety is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
